Dear maintainer, I see upstream has not fixed the move of these internals so far. Therefore I propose the patch in my fork of the sphinx-toolbox package in salsa: https://salsa.debian.org/plenae/sphinx-toolbox/-/commit/99b786f3252dda112dccbcf73ada7ab1d872fc91
It has a green report card from salsa-ci: https://salsa.debian.org/plenae/sphinx-toolbox/-/pipelines/1050264 I intentinally left the distribution to UNRELEASED in debian/changelog.
