Hello Michael and thank you for your offer, I've been working on packaging v 25.11 and I just pushed the update on the repository on Salsa. The tricky part is packaging all the dependencies using the https://salsa.debian.org/rust-team/debcargo-conf workflow. The Rust team uses IRC/Matrix to coordinate: https://rust-team.pages.debian.net/book/ - please consider joining to sync up on which crates to package.
