Hi,

I have a repo that I use to publish packages that are waiting for
inclusion in Debian, mostly backports. These become obsolete the moment
Debian has the same version, but "supersede" waits with removal until
the reference repository has a higher version.

It would be nice to have a function that can treat a package as
superseded as soon as a package with an equal version number appears.
