The golang-github-chrismellard-docker-credential-acr-env package built
fine with golang-github-azure-azure-sdk-for-go version 68.0.0-2 uploaded
back on 2023-02-13, but started to FTBFS with versions
68.0.0+git20231220.f497335+dfsg1-{3,4,} uploaded on
2026-03-15..2026-03-17.
Given that this is leaf library planned for use by 'cosign', but still
not used in any 'cosign' uploaded into Debian, I suggest we prevent
golang-github-chrismellard-docker-credential-acr-env from entering
testing and avoid enabling a dependency in 'cosign' on it, for now.
We can hope upstream (or someone else) makes it build again against
modern Azure SDK. We can reconsider the situation later.
