I was looking into a series of bugs titled "control Vcs-Browser seems available on salsa" and noticed this package was affected. While working on it, I incorporated two previous NMUs and picked up the Janitor change from Git, which already addressed the issue. Since I was touching the package anyway, I also updated a few things: DEP5, short dh, debhelper-compat level 13, and Standards-Version to 4.7.3.
