Dear Maintainer,

Since apt 3.x, the summary line displayed after running `apt upgrade`
(or similar commands) is missing a period and a space between the
"Newly installed" and "Removed" fields.

Current output (fr_FR locale):

  Sommaire :
    Mise à niveau de : 0. Installation de : 0Supprimé : 0. Non mis à jour : 0.

Expected output:

  Sommaire :
    Mise à niveau de : 0. Installation de : 0. Supprimé : 0. Non mis à jour : 0.

All other fields in the summary line are correctly separated by ". ",
but the separator between "Installation de" (Newly installed) and
"Supprimé" (Removed) is missing entirely.

This is purely cosmetic but breaks the visual consistency of the
summary output. The issue likely affects all locales, not just fr_FR.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Run: apt upgrade (or apt install, apt autoremove, etc.)
  2. Observe the summary line at the end of the output.

System information:
  - Debian 13.4 (Trixie)
  - apt 3.0.3 (amd64)
  - Locale: fr_FR.UTF-8
