Package: wnpp Followup-For: Bug #1062827 I note that the upstream url https://scipy.github.io/devdocs/dev/contributor/devpy_test.html now refers to spin for scipy testing, not dev.py
spin is already packaged for debian. This probably makes this RFP redundant. scipy 1.16.0 introduces spin support, and 1.17.0 removed used of dev.py.
