Yikes, you are completely right. Those are *not* what I would consider
"info" level logs, and are definitely more like debug logs.
However, did you notice this upstream PR?

That it in blackbox_exporter 0.27.0 and later, which I have not got
around to packaging yet, due to a gRPC dependency namespace conflict.
I would suggest that we hold off on doing anything to the Debian package
yet, since this issue will resolve itself with the next version update.
