qtpim-opensource-src is actually more of a Debian Lomiri team package than a Debian Qt team package. The Debian Lomiri team intentionally uses debian/copyright.in to help in maintaining debian/copyright.
It doesn't actually use cdbs, but licensecheck and https://github.com/sunweaver/MyHomeConfig/blob/master/bin/update-copyright.in I looked briefly at updating debian/copyright.in and debian/copyright today but the diff is a bit complex so we'll need to take a look at it later. When it's regenerated with that script, it will no longer say "CDBS" in that file. Thank you, Jeremy Bícha
