I don't think having any cdbs related check (whether for cdbs makefiles or the
build system)
is useful at this point. Hence, it's just better for lintian to stop flagging
such packages
entirely, i.e. have /no/ cdbs checks.
I've done this in https://salsa.debian.org/lintian/lintian/-/merge_requests/690
including
build+test dep removal.
