Package: fetchmail Version: 6.6.3-1 Followup-For: Bug #1129245 Dear Maintainer,
activating fetchmail per user lacks every sense. Linux is a multi user system, so fetchmail shoult be able to fetch mail for all users on system at a time. There are more bugs left. After systemctl disable fetchmail systemctl enable fetchmail you will get Failed to enable unit: Unit fetchmail.service does not exist Andreas -- System Information: Debian Release: forky/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 6.19.11-1-siduction-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_OOT_MODULE Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages fetchmail depends on: ii adduser 3.155 ii libc6 2.42-14 ii libcom-err2 1.47.4-1 ii libgssapi-krb5-2 1.22.1-2 ii libkrb5-3 1.22.1-2 ii libssl3t64 3.6.1-3 Versions of packages fetchmail recommends: ii ca-certificates 20260223 Versions of packages fetchmail suggests: ii exim4-daemon-light [mail-transport-agent] 4.99.1-1 pn fetchmailconf <none> ii resolvconf 1.94 -- Configuration Files: /etc/default/fetchmail [file not found] -- no debconf information
