The latest upstream release of numbat is 1.16.0. Please update the Debian package to this version.
The new version of numbat depends on plotly, while this feature is technically optional, it's enabled by default and it replaces previous built-in plotting functionality, so I'm reluctant to upload a version with it patched out.
