Dear Lintian maintainers,
The CRAN and Bioconductor template for Uscan have version mangling information:
$watchSource->{dversionmangle} ||= 's/\+dfsg[0-9]*//g';
$watchSource->{repacksuffix} ||= '+dfsg';

Would it be possible to update Lintian to not issue the
