Dear Maintainer,

I recently upgraded my Ubuntu installation to 26.04. Now thg simply does not
start anymore:

```
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/tortoisehg/hgqt/run.py", line 143, in
dispatch
    return _runcatch(u, args)
  File "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/tortoisehg/hgqt/run.py", line 348, in
  File "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/tortoisehg/util/hglib.py", line 1056, in
    config = dispatchmod._earlyparseopts(ui, args)[b'config']
AttributeError: module 'mercurial.dispatch' has no attribute '_earlyparseopts'.
Did you mean: '_earlysplitopts'?
```

According to
https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/tortoisehg/thg/-/work_items/6042 The 7.0.1
version is simply not compatible with mercurial 7.2. So this could never have
run anywhere?
