1. you need to install python3-netgen (probaly should be Recommends: ) 2. Preferences--> FEM ---> Netgen untick Legacy Netgen see here for more details https://wiki.freecad.org/FEM_MeshNetgenFromShape 3. From the FEM workbench generate Mesh from Shape by Negen 4. FEM Mesh to Mesh Cheers Mike
