For parametric polytopes, it can construct explicit piecewise step-polynomial formulas generalizing Ehrhart quasi-polynomials and vector partition functions. It can also compute generalized Ehrhart series and related generating functions. The library is primarily intended for research in discrete geometry, combinatorics, algebra, and polyhedral computation. I plan to maintain this package as a member of the Debian Math Team.
