Hi,

Since cvs (>= 1.11) (the version libcvsservice0 depends on) is very old 
and present in Sarge, etc., I think that the easiest solution would be 
simply to drop the versioning. Thus if cvsnt Provides: cvs, everything 
should work.

I've committed this change. A new upload may not happen for a few weeks, 
however.
