This is a Java app, for academic research.
It can be downloaded as a standalone jar, so there is little benefit from
having a Debian package besides a menu entry.
And the recommended use is in fact from source, so you can edit the source code
as needed.

Right now the Debian package is outdated, as for 0.8 upstream (me) changed from
GNU trove to fastutil, which was not in Debian at that time, and we changed
from Maven to Gradle for building.

As maintainer and upstream, I think it is best to drop it from Debian.
