Hi I will only give a brief comment on the version used: You cannot use 5.9.1-0.1+deb13u1 as this is bigger than the version in unstable.
I believe you want either: 5.9.1-0+deb13u1 (if it is a upstream import keeping mainly the packaginging) or 5.9.1-0.1~deb13u1 if it is mainly a rebuild from the unstable version reverting changes which are not suitable for stable. Regards, Salvatore
