Thanks for the bugreport.

It is my impression that wasm-pack is unintuitive, but it is news to me
that its options cannot be trusted. :-(

It seems oxigraph will move away from using wasm-pack, instead carrying
locally a relatively large python script:
https://github.com/oxigraph/oxigraph/commit/4181d06

Perhaps that is of use for your use case?
