Please update golang-opentelemetry-otel to 1.43.0 (currently 1.31.0-6). Creating this bug so we can track the dependency graph and its status This update is needed to unvendor go.opentelemetry.io/otel/semconv from siso (RFP #1051557) and benefits the broader Debian Go ecosystem (22 reverse dependencies).
