Sorry, this is my bad.

Files glew.h and eglew.h which were part of libglew-dev, have been moved
to libglew-common-dev and libeglew-dev respectively in -4. I've tested
clean install, but forgot to test the upgrade path, which requires the
Replaces/Breaks fields.

The patch is attached.
