Package has been removed from unstable and testing since July 2023 and is only present in bookworm (stable) as version 0.1.0-3.
A check of reverse dependencies shows no packages in bookworm depend on golang-github-marten-seemann-qtls-go1-19-dev. The package appears to be abandoned with no uploads since September 2022. Given the above, this FTBFS is unlikely to be fixed. A removal request via ftp.debian.org may be appropriate. Checked on: 2026-05-17
