Dear Maintainer,
*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***
* What led up to the situation?
I ran apt-get update.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
I ran apt-get update.
* What was the outcome of this action?
Multiple firmware files are reported as missing when in fact they never
existed at all. Thus :
Processing triggers for initramfs-tools (0.142+deb12u3) ...

* What outcome did you expect instead?
I expect that all the binary blobs in /lib/firmware/amdgpu would be
respected.
The blob firmware files listed as missing DO NOT EXIST at :
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware.git/tree/amdgpu
So this is a bit tough to figure out where to get those files and for
that matter why the heck they are listed as missing when in fact then
never existed at all.
