Package: wnpp Severity: normal I intend to adopt the wireless-tools package.
I am aware that wireless interfaces should now be configured via Netlink (as the iw package does), and that wireless-tools is considered legacy. I will ensure the package remains properly maintained for as long as reverse-dependencies on libiw30 exist, and I will work toward a clean transition away from this package in coordination with those reverse-dependencies. -- Ahmed Alaoui <[email protected]>
