Since the merge of the separate mono packages into the new metapackage, the
mono-libraries package does not report that it provides libmono-i18n4.0-all

This package appears to be a metapackage providing the following:
libmono-i18n-cjk4.0-cil libmono-i18n-mideast4.0-cil libmono-i18n-other4.0-cil
libmono-i18n-rare4.0-cil libmono-i18n-west4.0-cilLooking into the Trixie file
listing for this package (

Looking into the control file, mono-libraries reports that it provides all of
these packages.

I believe it's a simple case of adding libmono-i18n4.0-all to the provides,
breaks and replaces sections, but DPKG control files aren't my strongest suit.
