took a look at plptools, and some easily fixed issues and a couple of
questions came up:

* changelog: #1107206 is closed by updating the upstream release, not
   the adoption; please attach bug closing handles to the correct
   entry.
* changelog: fails to mention compat level bump, addition of gnulib
   build dep; please document all debian-related changes.
* changelog: at first glance, #1089536 appears to have been fixed
   upstream, but it isn't closed with this update?

* control: binary package still depends on 'fuse3 (>= 3.10.1-3) |
   fuse (<< 3)', but support for <<3 appears to have been removed via
   d/patches/fuse3.patch?

* copyright: missing info for ./bootstrap; dual-licensed MIT/GPL-2+.


Please remove the moreinfo tag (and CC me) once you have an updated
package ready.
