Subject: quickroute-gps: two serious bugs + NMU intent (#1112155, #1110984)

Hi Kristóf,

quickroute-gps has two open serious bugs that are blocking it from
entering testing:

 * #1112155 — Build-Depends on orphaned cli-common-dev [1]
 * #1110984 — FTBFS: log4net assembly not found at build time
               (cli-common GAC registration broken in current mono) [2]

I have prepared an NMU (2.5-1.1) that fixes both. The debdiff is
attached to #1112155.  Changes:

 - Drop cli-common-dev from Build-Depends, remove --with=cli,
   drop ${cli:Depends} from binary Depends
 - Add debian/patches/fix-log4net-hintpath.patch: replace the
   <Package>log4net</Package> elements with explicit <HintPath>
   entries pointing to /usr/lib/cli/log4net-1.2/log4net.dll
 - Add override_dh_fixperms to restore 0644 on installed .dll files

If you would prefer to upload a maintainer release instead, please
do so and I will stand down. Otherwise I plan to upload to
DELAYED/7 in 7 days, per NMU convention [3].
