Bug#1137616: python3-stemmer fails to coinstall

Control: reassign -1 dh-python
Control: affects -1 + python3-stemmer
I think the appropriate thing is for dh-python to notice Multi-Arch tags 
and remove the "Tag" from WHEEL.
