Package: tex-fmt Version: 0.5.7+dfsg-1 tex-fmt uses toml 0.8, which we are currently trying to phase out. Upstream updated from toml 0.8 to 0.9 with no code changes, and the API changes between versions 0.9 and 1 are very minimal (so-far I have found no packages that were affected by them).
Please consider moving to version 1.
