Hi Jochen, To my understanding setgid /usr/games/pinball + /var/games/pinball setup as been useless since this commit

While removing the broken leftovers, I'll also remove "Rules-Requires-Root: binary-targets" which should fix this, to my understanding. Greetings Alexandre
