GitMo is a Linux desktop app for automatically syncing selected local project folders with GitHub repositories. It supports GitHub-backed folders, outside-folder sync, one-way and two-way sync modes, background operation, and a system tray indicator. The package is useful for users who want a simple desktop workflow for backing up and syncing local project folders to GitHub without manually running git commands. A working Debian package already exists in the upstream repository, and test builds are available from the GitMo Ubuntu PPA.
