Hi,

OpenSSL 4.0 is currently in Debian Experimental. OVS fails its unit test 
with it. Please see:

At this point, I'm not sure if this is a test issue or a real upstream 
problem with OpenSSL 4.0. Please let me know and help me to fix this.
