Hi,
first of all, thank you for maintaining scrcpy in debian.
unfortunately, changes a couple of things:
1. packages are not allowed to download stuff without explicit user
consent, which you don't have given that the scrcpy/update_server
debconf question defaults to true.
2. the debconf message reads:
"scrcpy cannot work without a copy of the /usr/share/scrcpy/scrcpy-
server binary, which needs to be fetched from upstream."
if that is the case, then scrcpy cannot be in main but needs to go
contrib, at least.
