As pointed out in Bug #1139669, the build-time tests for this package seem to run only half of the time, which is really weird. Combined with the fact that test_load_packaged_grammar always failed (when executed), this looked as if there was a flaky test. The failing test should now be fixed in 24.4.24-3, but we still would need to figure out why the tests only run half of the time. Thanks.
