at first let me check whether you are aware that this package is maintained by Matteo Vescovi <[email protected]> so with some old email address and a slightly different name string. I think you are using now Matteo F. Vescovi <[email protected]> (or is this really some other Matteo with a very similar name?) It leads to the fact that there is a page on tracker.d.o https://qa.debian.org/[email protected] which only lists this one package in contrast to all your other packages you are very actively maintaining (thank you for doing so!) Is this possibly the reason why presage has seen seven NMUs in a sequence that you did not received the messages? I left this change to you once you might have time to do and NMUed presage to DELAYED/5.
