there is no conflict with openntpd. there *was* a dependency on
ntpd by one of the nagios plugins, which would cause it to be
removed if you installed something that required ntpd to be
removed.
*however*, the latest version of nagios-plugins shouldn't have
this problem. can you try upgrading your plugins first, then
installing openntpd?
