wifi-hotspot is a public access captive portal php application used for client of access, time, and bandwidth usage of a hotspot node on a network. It's a fork and extensive update of Grase, on which it is based. Grase was publicly abandoned in 2017 by its author.
So far, it contains two dependencies, both packaged as Debian packages. One is an up to date version of CoovaChilli, developed by Coova Technologies; the second one comprises various Debian packages used in the original Grase package, repackaged as a single Debian package for ease of install.
There is a maintenance release, along with a preview release being developed for later release.
