flpsed and flpsed-data needs to be of same version.
Depends: flpsed-data (>= ${source:Version}),
flpsed 0.7.3-10 or above does not replaces flpsed-data 0.7.3-9
so to prevent both being installed with different version conflict and
break relationship will likely be the way forward.
