Hi,

While looking into the autopkgtest results of src:python3.13 I noticed that your package fails most of the times on i386. The core-tests [1] ends with:
1363s *** out of memory trying to allocate 262148 bytes, exiting ***

Please consider if the test represents real usage and maybe stop supporting macaulay2 on i386 (and other 32 bit architectures?) if it's very likely that a user would hit this too (B-D architecture-is-64-bit comes to mind). If this is only a test issue, please either fix the core-tests test or skip it on i386, I suggest using the following in d/t/control:
Architectures: !i386

Flaky tests are a waste of time for bystanders.

Paul
