Bug#1140047: update needed for debhelper-compat 14

Hi,

neither adding dh-sequence-single-binary nor using '--with 
single-binary' works (seems dh-golang ignores both completely),
it seems dh-golang currently doesn't work at all with debhelper-compat 14.
