Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
in wayland session when put the cursur in external monitor the system
gui freeze. X11 session is ok.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)? in laptop pc hybrid gpu (Intel + Nvidia) when the cursor
when on external monitor the system freeze
* What was the outcome of this action?
freeze
* What outcome did you expect instead?
able to use the external monitor
workround : create a file on /etc/environment.d/90-kwin-wayland.conf and set
the variable to KWIN_FORCE_SW_CURSOR=1
fix the issue on wayland session.
But it is a temporary fix because from KDE doc :
KWIN_FORCE_SW_CURSOR
On Wayland set this variable to directly use a software rendered mouse cursor
instead of trying to probe for a cursor plane. It is recommended to only set
this environment variable for debugging and not set it in general because using
a cursor plane improves performance and KWin should fall back to software
rendered cursor in case it can not find a suitable cursor plane.

Another solution i think is disable optimus nvidia technologie and force to use
only nvidia gpu for both monitor.
