Hello: I think this bug is related to the python3-borgstore version.
https://github.com/borgbackup/borgstore/blob/master/docs/ changes.rst#version-050-2026-05-28[1] I think currently packaged borgbackup2 version (2.0.0b20) requires a lowe python3- borgstore version (lower than 0.5.0). It looks only latest borgbackup from git support borgstore versions greater than 0.5.0.
