Hi Adrian, https://release.debian.org/key-packages.html reads: "Currently <!nocheck> build-dependencies are ignored while parsing all packages for their build-dependencies. While this can lead to key packages failing to build from source under default conditions, it's also trivial to see that the FTBFS can be fixed by not testing. So, it's a matter of trade-offs."
