I think this source package should be called 'betterleaks' and provide
the binary tools in a package called 'betterleaks'.

The 'betterleaks' project appears to be from the same author as
'gitleaks' which is already in Debian.  Please compare packaging, I
suspect it will be similar.  I'm happy to work as co-maintainer on
betterleaks eventually too, as I suggest my dependencies that needed
'gitleaks' will eventually migrate to 'betterleaks'.
