Bug#1099727: Please package OpenSlide 4.0.1

Thanks for updating the package.  Note that OpenSlide 4.0.1 dropped
the gdk-pixbuf dependency.

There also shouldn't be a need for a CMake dependency.  I was able to
build the package just fine on a trixie system without it.
