Hi, Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], I noticed that nanopub could not be built reproducibly. Unfortunately, I don't have a patch after poking at the issue for a little bit, but I thought I would share my finding that the package seems to differ only re. the Built-Using fields when the testsuite is enabled. This suggests that they are only used during the tests, and the non-test binaries don't bother to include them.
