And with this license it is forbidden to distribute those files
Reverting to 20191224 (and re-adding the scripts to geoip-bin) might be
the best short-term option, especially also for trixie and bookworm?

If needed, I can do this in an NMU.

I tend more to remove it from Debian, since it does not fit in our repository with this license.

Such an old version of the database is more than useless
