Since my configuration is basically the out-of-the-box configuration
with Debian packages, shouldn't something be tweaked?
For example, /etc/vimoutlinerrc has
"User Preferences ***************************************************
"let maplocalleader = ",," " this is prepended to VO key
" mappings
Maybe that should be uncommented? (The line break is really ugly too).
