As this is a no-change rebuild with only a new changelog on the top, I've prepared an NMU for slm (versioned as 3.3-2.1) and uploaded it to DELAYED/2. That's shorter than usual but for the nature of the change I don't think it will cause a problem. I can also push to git if you wish.
